Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. The Service

Revlytics provides AI-assisted marketing tools, including Google Ads analysis, site audits, analytics, and an AI landing-page builder. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

Some features let you connect third-party accounts, such as Google Ads and Google Search Console. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and process data from that account to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies, including Google's terms. You represent that you have the rights and authorizations necessary to connect those accounts and share that data with us. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Submit URLs, content, or data you do not have the right to access, process, or share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to send spam, scrape abusively, or otherwise misuse connected third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our consent.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to it.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to produce audits, recommendations, analytics, and generated content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation, and it does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Revlytics and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and depends on third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revlytics and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revlytics from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
